The National Real Estate Registration Services Company (“RER”) is registered under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund.
It is exclusively concerned with carrying out the operational work for real estate registration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and providing related services.

The user’s personal data is stored and processed securely within the geographic boundaries of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to ensure the preservation of the national digital sovereignty of this data. Exceptions are cases stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Law when there is a need to transfer or process data outside the geographical boundaries of the Kingdom.

The owner of the personal data has the right to exercise the following regarding their data:

· The right to knowledge: The owner of the data has the right to know the legal justification for collecting his/her personal data and the purpose of collecting it as explained in this Privacy Notice.
· The right to access personal data and obtain it in a readable and clear format in accordance with the laws and the regulations.
· The right to correct personal data.
