The National Real Estate Registration Services Company (Real Estate Registry - RER) is the exclusive operator of real estate registration activities in Saudi Arabia. The Company undertakes the task of establishing and maintaining the Real Estate Registry in Saudi Arabia using modern geospatial technologies to enhance trust and transparency in the real estate sector and achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing real estate wealth

The Real Estate Registry is a set of records that identifies a parcel and its physical and legal status and shows its rights, responsibilities and restrictions and any subsequent changes or transactions

The Title Registration System depends on real estate titles to identify ownership rights

Our services

RER is seeking to complete the registration of all units across Saudi Arabia (government-owned, commercial, residential, and agricultural) and geo-referencing parcel data in collaboration with relevant government agencies

These services include recording all real estate transactions involving any change in ownership, including transfers, division, consolidation, rights, responsibilities and restrictions, and mortgages
